I purchased a Found My Animal rope leash to replace one that we've had for a couple of years. (We love them and own 3.) The diameter on the one we received is half that of the others, and the box says this is supposed to be a large. I've contacted customer service multiple times and continue to reach their voicemail. My messages have gone unanswered. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I will not be making any future purchases with Petswag, nor will I be recommending them to our friends and family.

I did not receive a tracking number until I contacted customer service. The order took over a month to arrive. When the order finally arrived it was completely incorrect. I ordered a dog collar and instead recieved a burlap blanket. Very disappointed.

My dog loves the Jax and Bones toys. The only site I was able to find them was Petswag. Great, fast shipping and reasonably priced.

I ordered 2 different dog collars with credit card. Only one arrived, without explanation or contact from the company. When I emailed them to tell them that only one collar arrived, the response was that the other collar is out of stock and they do not know why this merchandise was still on the website. They refunded money for that collar to credit card, but... do you send part of what was ordered with no explanation or no action ? Really?
