My order was missing an item and I have tried contacting this company on several occasions. They will not respond. This is horrible customer service.

Love ! Love! Love! The pup pad is very well-made and extremely comfortable for my dogs. I haven’t washed washed it yet but I’m betting that it will come out as beautiful and fluffyas it is now. It’s awesome because it totally goes across the back seat of my SUV and is a great addition to K9 cruiser.

Fits perfectly in my F350 Superduty, haven't used it yet but apparently is made of good materials!

Received package. Came true to description. Fits great in my Tundra and dogs love it. To be honest it’s actually pretty good for when I put groceries in the back of my truck as well. Everything‘s flat and level holds twice the bags instead of putting them on the floor.

The K 9 Kruiser fit perfectly in the back seat of my 2020 Ford Ecosport. Even with I side folded under for a passenger. I can’t wait for my Maylyn too ride in it. Bonus thought….. the groceries won’t fall off of the seat!!😊

I purchased the K-9 Cruiser and steps, cruiser plastic strap clip broke immediately on install around headrest. Steps do not work for my 2026 Subaru Ascent. Doorway is not wide enough and stairs are not tall enough to reach seat height edge instead. Order came WAY late. When I reached out to the American guy shown in the picture for the person that will respond within 24-48 hours a week after promised delivery of 8/6, absolutely no response, ever, from anyone. Fast order time is not possible, ships from outside the US and takes forever to clear customs AND I rec’d multiple notices I owed tariff fees before delivery could happen. Finally arrived day I had to leave town and strap clip broke. Thank you for nothing and I’m sure by the time I return home from working on the road it will be too costly or impossible to return either item for refund. Total waste of almost $300. Would never recommend doing business with this company.

Purchased a cruiser, belt clips, collapsible steps, and carrier. Had to reach out 4 times to initiate a return before I received a response. Was told they couldn’t generate a return label for the stairs but would send me one for the cruiser and process a refund and that I should keep the stairs if I need them or perhaps have friends in need but no mention of a refund despite their policies allowing one. I also got an email that they’re shipping me another order of stairs. What? I responded indicating I wanted a refund for the entire order and that I didn’t need the stairs and won’t be keeping them if I don’t receive a refund. Will update review if/when I hear back.

Never showed up when promised, never returned Facebook messages, emails, or phone messages. Never received free gifts never using this company ever again.
