Following up to ask to check our email for the private message I sent (7.4.25) Hello Martha. When a customer orders on susbcpriton, they are required to cancel the order before the next processing date. In your case, the order processed on June 20th but wasnt cancelled till after the order was already charged and sent out. However, we are a fair company.
