Hey Linda, did you contact support about the order or is this the notification? We rely on third party carriers to deliver our products and ask customers to contact support so we can resolve before receiving a bad review. That being said, tracking shows that DHL lost the order. Would you like us to resend and ill throw in a free paw palm or would you like a refund? We take reviews and rating very serious. Thanks for the feedback JWW. Heads up, we are actively working on a LARGE BREED version of the chew. It will be more cost effective than 4 chews a day. We are hoping to release within 8-12 weeks. Chris Founder
