Hi Denise, Thank you for your order. It was placed on Friday afternoon, which meant it shipped first thing Monday (the 25th) and was delivered three business days later on the 28th. Our standard shipping timeframe is 3–4 business days, so this order was delivered within the expected window. For faster delivery, we do offer our products on Amazon, though the cost is a bit higher due to their expedited shipping. We completely understand the frustration with shipping delays and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the timing of the order late Friday is what caused the slight delay. Thanks for the feedback Jan. I wanted to confirm the delivery time since you mentioned that it took a while. The order was placed on July 24th at 2pm which misses the daily shipment cutoff, so it went out July 25th. The order was delivered 5 days later on July 30th. Does that sound right? If so, that's the normal shipping times, otherwise we have to charge the customer more (like Amazon does) to get out within 2-3 days. If that doesnt seem right, please let me know as I will check with DHL to see why they delayed the order. Thank you Chris Founder
