Sylvia, Our service request specifically asks for feedback on the ordering process from when ordering on PetScy.com. As for shipping, your order was placed two days ago and shipped yesterday. We truly appreciate all feedback, but it seems a one-star review was left before the full experience could be evaluated. We’d really appreciate it if you could consider updating or removing the review, as a one-star rating suggests we did a poor job and brings our rating down, when in fact your order was processed and shipped normally. Our terms and conditions state that orders take 3–5 business days, which is standard. For customers who need faster delivery, our products are also available on Amazon, though expedited shipping there comes at a higher cost. I think overall this is a good product. My dog still had some red feet but did not get his ear infections that seem to plague him. First yr he didn't have to go to the vet for steroids and ear medication. Would recommend to give it a try
