The CEO and Founder of the company PetScy took care of my order issue in one day and even called me personally. Love the product I'm using for my dog. Has helped him very much. No longer has to take Benadryl or any other allergy medicine.

My Freddiebear
I have two Shih Tzu's and one had a chronic ear infection. The meds from the vet would clear it, but it would come right back. I tried another brand of chews for 12 weeks and there was a little improvement, but not significant. I switched to PetScy Itch and Allergy plus and the infection did not come back. It's been about 5 months now and the results are great. I have a subscription with them. My last order never arrived and I contacted their customer service. They shipped out a replacement straight away and it arrived before I ran out. Excellent chews and excellent service.

I purchased and received…
I purchased and received product with no problem. At the end of the month I really couldn’t tell much, if any difference in my dogs’ bresth, so canceled the subscription the day I received the reminder for it. I am going to try a couple of other products and said do. So when my bank showed a charge for the shipment I had canceled, I immediately emailed and requested a refund. Within a couple of hours I had a repky, saying it had just been refunded. I thought that was incredible customer service on a Saturday, especially!! Good work!
