Easy ordering. Customer service fast to answer messages. Product loved by both of my dogs called itch/allergy chews.
Response from PetScyApr 8, 2026
Hi Donna, We are thrilled to hear that both your dogs are loving the Itch/Allergy chews! It is also great to know our support team was able to assist you quickly. We work hard to make sure the experience is just as good as the product itself. Thank you for the wonderful feedback! Best regards, PetScy Support

Sharon C.
Excellent company and customer service. The founder personally reached out to me.
Response from PetScyApr 6, 2026
Hello Sharon, I’m sorry to hear that the chews didn’t help. We recently updated the formula to include colostrum and a proprietary ingredient. I’ve sent you a private email, as I believe we can resolve this to your satisfaction. Please check your inbox, and also your junk folder in case it landed there, as the email was sent prior to this message. Chris Founder

Easy to order.
Lynn S.
I wanted to cancel my subscription. I still was sent a message that those items were sent. I thought I canceled them early enough.
Response from PetScyApr 6, 2026
Hey Lynn, I asked our customer support team to reach out to you by email to get this resolved. If you emailed PetScy to cancel before the order was processed, we will confirm and issue a 100% refund, and you can keep the product. We would never try to force an unwanted product on a customer. If the email was sent after the order was processed, we unfortunately can’t cancel the order at that point, as our independent fulfillment center ships orders out immediately to ensure fast delivery. In that case, we will provide you with a return label and you can keep the treats as a gift for having to deal with returning. IF you don't see a email from [email protected] (check your junk box) please reply here and ill personally take it from there. Chris Founder

Received the product in a timely manner and I can already tell my dog’s teeth are whiter!
Response from PetScyApr 8, 2026
Hi Melinda, That is fantastic news! We love hearing that you are already seeing a brighter, whiter smile for your pup. It’s great when a product delivers results you can actually see so quickly. Thank you for sharing your experience! Best, PetScy
Bea
The outlay of information was easy. And the "be patient it may take time" was a big plus.
Response from PetScyApr 8, 2026
Hi Bea, We really appreciate you mentioning that! We always want to be transparent because true wellness—especially from the inside out—doesn't happen overnight. We're so glad you found the information helpful and easy to navigate. Best regards, PetScy Support
Anna
Product came sooner than expected. Didn't have issues. Dog is still itching but I know it takes time.
Response from PetScyApr 8, 2026
Hi Anna, We are happy to hear your order arrived ahead of schedule! You are exactly right—while some pets see results quickly, for others, it can take a few weeks of consistent use for the ingredients to fully support their system from the inside out. We appreciate your patience and are confident you'll start seeing that itch relief soon! Best regards, PetScy Support
