Good customer service, can't say they work
First I got the wrong item, then they sent me the right one quickly. My dog won't eat them so I stopped buying them.

Dogs will eat random gross food found in the street but will become a five star Michelin chef when it comes to their taste buds and treats. Lol. Sorry for screwing up the first order. We wish you and your pup the best. Thanks Chris Founder

Glad to hear. Some dogs see results immedialty and others take the jar before seeing benefits. Look for small changes as over time that will lead to 100% recovery. Thanks Chris Founder

This is such a wonderful product
This is such a wonderful product. The results are working immediately. My dog has been scratching less and looks so relived from his allergies..I highly recommend this for your dog you won’t be disappointed.

I love the water additive
I love the water additive! My little dog will not eat the dental treats though. They are much too big for her little mouth, and I've tried to break them smaller, but being rawhide, she still won't have them.

Hey Vicki. Not sure if you purchased these on subscription. If so I sent to customer service to cancel any future dental treats orders. Glad to hear about the water additive helping. Update: we couldn’t locate your order with your name. Must be under a different name. Therefore I couldn’t cancel any future dental treats. If you ordered as a one time purchase then not relevant. Great Customer Service! Best Ever!
The Customer Service was by far the best I have had in quite some time. Good customer service is a thing of the past but not with this company! My pet did not respond to the product but not at the fault of the product. My vet doesn't seem to think it is allergies but thinks her constant licking is due to boredom and anxiety. I recently lost my husband and my Cavalier King Charles so my English Springer Spaniel is feeling pretty lonely right now. Anyway, great Company, wish I could rate their product.
