Usually if the Itch Chew is helping customers usually stay on as your dogs coat will go back to itching once they stop. If this was a mistake you can repurchase at www.petscy.com or contact support and they can turn back on your subscription at 813-448-5000.

Wow this product has really helped my furbaby .She was scratching and loosing her hair everyday all day long ! She now has all of her hair back and never scratches !
