I have not seen any improvement in his itching and scratching. I am on the second bottle. Very disappointed after reading all the rave reviews. I called your number but have not heard back from your company. Will cancel my subscription today.

Sorry to hear that the chew did not help your dog. As you read from our reviews the chew is normally effective. However, it may not help every dog as their underlining condition may not be solved by a supplement or it may be the wrong supplement. For example, some dogs skin issues may be due to an imbalance of gut bacteria. In that case our probiotic chew would be beneficial Vs the itch chew. Also after years of surveying and feedback we’ve learned that a lot of times it’s not necessarily the chew that is ineffective but that the dog has daily acute allergen exposure with makes it difficult for the chew to overcome. For example, if your dog is allergic to their food (chicken flavor being the most common) , it will be tough for the chew to be effective. Same with some possible household allergens such as cleaning detergents, candles, waxes, etc. Therefore, I would keep that in mind as your dogs issues could possibly be solved by just removing the items they may allergic to. I will let me team know to cancel any future orders. Thank you Chris Founder
