Itching seems to be less. And his coat seems much nicer! Softer and shinier. He seems to be overall in a better mood as well. Happy with it so far!

First shipment shampoo leaked all over, just thrown in bag loose. Cap broken, Needed picture for proof ok I understand that. Felt insulted at first. Received second bottle, loose cap, leaking. blamed it on separate shipping company. Not sure about stop itch yet into second bottle, maybe I see little less scratching. Might just be wishful thinking. Give it more time. Gets little expensive, my guy is 90 lbs, whole bottle plus a little a month. But he's worth it. problem of leakage was way was shipped, thrown in shipping bag, not wrapped protection or inside separate bag . Maybe use box. Amazon would have had it wrapped

Hello Nicole. Updated reply 8.30.22: When it comes to our customers, PetScy has done many surveys with our customers and price is always a key indicator. Therefore, we have made the choice to ship our products in a Poly Envelope vs a box that Amazon offers. We believe that the savings our customers benefit from will make up for any shipping issues that may occur. If something does occur, as it did in your case, we will refund you the product. Normally, that will resolve the issue and the customer will be happy. Also keep in mind, the shampoo add on is priced at $13.75 on our site. We sell it at "cost" as a way to thank our customers and add more value. The same product can be ordered on Amazon and shipped in a box for $21.99. I hate to see that one of our "give away" as we call them, left a bad impression with our brand. Please let me know how I can resolve to make you become a 5 star reviewer? My product was received upon a quick response from the owner and management. They tackled the issue straight on and made it right. Now if it cures my dogs itching I will be so happy!!! I checked all my emails and my phone logs and I do not see any from Petscy, if they sent an email or tried my phone and I missed it, I apologize. Hello Tina. The smell you are describing is the fishy smell that comes along with any chew that contains fish oil. I purchased this product based on reviews. This is no better than the the other products I’ve purchased. It does not work. Her itching has not decreased in the least. Waste of money.

Sorry to hear that the chews didn't help as they've helped thousands of other customers. The most common reason we come across is that the dog may be exposed to an allergen on a daily basis. Hey Laura, We have thousands and thousands of customers that are happy with the itch chews. That being said, is it possible that the product is not "nasty" and simply your dog just doesnt like the taste? If you brought a child to a fancy restaurant and they refused to eat the restaurants most popular dish, does that mean the dish was "nasty"? No. Just means the child didn't like the taste of the dish. We appreciate all corrective criticism but this feedback is more subjective and really doesnt benefit anyone. Thanks PetScy
