Thank you for the feedback. Due to the fish oil and omega oils sometimes cheese or crumbling up in their food is needed. As for the dental treats. Sorry to hear. When we created the chew we went through multiple taste tests with the local humane society. 36/39 of these r dogs consumed the chew more than once. So flavor is really subjective as one dog’s palate could rival Gordon Ramsay’s vs my neighbors dog that eats poop. However, I understand your frustration. Hopefully any potential customers that see this one star review will understand that the product still may help their dog. Assuming you’ve crushed it up in their food? Thanks Chris Founder
