Hello Olejniczak, I am unsure what the issue is with the timing? When you placed your initial order you set it to ship every two months. Like clock work Petscy has sent the order every two months. Now if you have more on hand we have no way of knowing that unless the customer contacts PetScy to push back their next order. That being said, would you like me to push back your next order so it matches your dosage schedule? Chris Founder

Awesome to hear as sometimes we are left to the carriers and their ability to deliver without any delays. May I suggest allowing me to move your subscription order up by one week as it will give you a 7 day buffer? If interested just let me know and I can do so. If you’re happy, then we are happy. Thank you for the feedback. We love hearing that another pup is thriving from the ingredients I sourced to help my own pup. Now that the product has helped I would suggest taking advantage of our subscription or bulk options to save the most overtime. I also suggest ordering one extra so you have a bufffer in case a future order is delayed by the carrier. Thank you for referring to your friends. We are also looking for user content. The chews take at least a couple of weeks to work per directions on the bottle. Appreciate all feedback but ask that the product has ample time to work before leaving a product review. Also, make sure to contact support if you purchased on subscription IF you do not want any future orders. Thank you Petscy

Thank you for the feedback. When it comes to the carrier we have little control if they incur any delays. If the chews are jelling I would suggest moving up your next order up by a week to make up for any potential delays. We are here if you need anything. Thank you Chris Founder
