Hello Pauline, I’m sorry for delay as it appears USPS dropped the ball. Petscy sent out the order on 2/28 and was received by USPS in West Warwick 3/3 but then never left their facility. Either it was lost or delayed. This is unacceptable and frustrating that the USPS didn’t complete its only job. However, PetScy will always take action with issues within our control. Therefore, I went ahead and refunded the order. Petscy is a small business and reviews help with our success. Since the issue was with USPS and Petscy resolved accordingly once we learned about the issue. Would you consider updating your review based on how we handled the issues under our control? Also, I’m here if you need anything. Thank you Chris Founder

REPLY: Did you place another order under a different name or email? The only order I find under your email is from march 1st? Thanks Thank you for the feedback. However, I am confused. You placed your order on March 1st and tracking shows that it was delivered on March 13th. Why do you say it took 2 months when it took 13 days? Thank You Chris Founder
