Awesome to here Vanda. The vitamins are great as my pup enjoys them. I reviewed your orders and see that you also order the probiotic chews. I want to mention to spread out the chews. For example, Id give one serving in the morning and another chew at night. You dont want to give your pup too many chews at once. This goes for any chews or supplements as some dogs liver's cant process it all at once. Let me know if you have any questions as i am here to help. If you see our ads on social media. Hello Amelia, Majority of our customers purchase our products on a recurring basis. Unfortunately we have no control with Trustpilot to only send to those customers so it sends to everyone. Normally, a customer will just ignore the requests until they're ready. Also, this is a "service review" which is to understand if your service was adequate. A purchase review will be sent 7 days later. As for reviews, customers purchase based on what their peers have to say. So reviews provide transparency to other potential customers which is helpful when there are so many nefarious brands out there. As for tracking, a tracking email was sent to your email on Nov 14th, the day after the order was placed. My assumption is that it went to your spam box. Since you have multiple orders I would suggest locating and moving out of the spam box so you will receive future notifications. Let me know if you have any questions. Id love for you to provide a product review. Note that's a separate request and will be sent in a couple of days. Also if willing, please update this review based on the service. Debra, Following up to ask to update your review since the issue was caused by your bank and not PetScy My team updated me that you informed them that the bank posted an error and the correct amount was charged Can you update or delete the review since this issue was not caused by PetScy?
