Hey Ken. REPLY: To be clear. Try if for a couple of days to see if the chew is even effective. If so, then move her to a half a chew in the morning and a half at night to see if that works. I wouldn't give a small dog a whole chew for more than a couple of days. I am probably being to cautious but pet's health comes first. Also, this is not medical advice. Reply :Thank you for the update. I speak with a lot of customers and come across a lot of scenarios. Let me state that this is not medical advice and only a Veterinarian can accurately advise. That being said, your dog may be exposed to such an allergen more than usual which is to much for the chews to over come. Has anything in your dogs diet changed, different detergent, new oils/candles, exposure to grass or other outside allergens? I know this is a tough nut to crack but i would start with food. New treats or different dog food over the past month or so? My dog will get sores if she strays away from Salmon Fish flavored dog food. Also, try increasing the chew to a whole chew for a couple of days and see if that helps. Finally, if you no longer want any future orders or need to skip. Make sure to log in to the customer portal to manage your order. Portal is located on our site. Petscy.com Reviewing your order history it appears that there was a gap in your dog's usage. Ive spoken to many customers where once they stop giving their dog the chews, their symptoms come back. I don't know the size of your dog but we now have offerings based on the size of your dog. Id suggest buying in bulk next time instead of 1 month supply. When buying in bulk, it saves us in shipping costs to send once vs every month. We pass those saving on to the customer. You can updated by logging into your customer portal and changing your 1 month susbcpriton supply to a 3 or 6 months supply. just wanted to mention is it will save you money. I can also update on my side if you replied that you wanted to increase the order amount for next time. Thank Chris Founder

Hey Bryce. I see that the order was placed on the 23rd and was delivered on the 30th. Unfortunately we have no control over shipping times. However, I’ll talk to my team about eliminating the marketing budget and using those funds to bribe USPS to ship faster . Also, Amazon sells our product which delivers within 5 days but it will costs $5 more. Chris Founder
