One of the best supplements for pets! My dog was such a pain! He was disobedient and wild. After taking these for a few weeks I noticed a huge difference. He’s like a distinguished gentleman now.

When I ask for a cancellation of a subscription as early as the previous month and they still charge and send the product, I am very dissatisfied. Also, my dog is still scratching and ears are bleeding and veterinary medicine is still required.
Response from PetScyMay 29, 2025
Hello Joella, We are track all emails and calls and could not locate any message from you in April. Please locate that message and you can send over and Ill provide a $100 refund for the inconvenience. It just needs to be an email sent to [email protected]. Thanks Chris Founder

Still have not received my order and I did not sign up for a subscription and no where do I see to cancel
Response from PetScyMay 29, 2025
Hello Veronica, I see that your order was delivered May 27th? Wanted to confirm that you received? I also cancelled any future orders which can be done by contacting customer support or through the customer portal. If everything was resolved. I hope you would consider updating your review unless there is something else I can help you with? Thanks Chris Founder

I’m still waiting on the order. I don’t like the tracking device, it’s hard to find out where my order is. They are not sending alerts to me as all other on-line businesses I order from does. Before deciding on the product I was unable to see the amount which will be in each container of products that I ordered. I tried numerous times to see it but it left the screen too quickly. I felt I would have the product very quickly, it read in two days. I am anxious to receive it, my little doggy really needs it. I’m very hopeful the products I ordered are as good as they claim. Today is Saturday 5/24/2025

Hello Carolyn, 5.29.25: Following up as I assume you received your order in a timely manner? If so, I hope you would consider updating your review unless theres something else we can help you with? One Star review means that we failed miserably. I am personally reviewing your order and wanted to provide some feedback. You placed your order Monday at 2pm which means it was sent out on Tuesday (Yesterday). You did email support on Monday and we replied back immediately on Monday. I copied and pasted the response below. That being said, can you let me know what other issues there are that led to a one star review? I am always trying to better the company and your feedback is important. However, I am unsure what the issue is as we responded to your request and sent the order out immediately. If the one star was simply a way to get our attention, I hope you consider deleting or updating as our review score is important to us. If you need help logging into the portal, copy and paste the link we sent you in our original email response coped below. Let me know if I can help with anything else so we can better your experience and review. Jacqueline
made my boy a million times worse!
Response from PetScyMay 19, 2025
Hello Jacqueline, Our chews have helped hundreds of thousands of dogs, so my best guess is that your dog may be allergic to pork, which is the flavor used in the product. Unfortunately, you often don’t know what your dog is allergic to until they’re exposed to it. There may be a silver lining, though. If your dog is allergic to pork, their symptoms might actually be coming from the dog food and flavors you’re currently using. For example, my rescue pitty can only eat salmon or fish-flavored food—beef and chicken cause her to break out. Fish-based foods also contain Omega-3 oils, which are key ingredients for skin health. So you may want to switch your boy's food up as well, may solve a lot of your issues. I truly wish your dog the best of luck and a quick path to comfort. Best, Chris Founder

I ordered 2 units of itch/allergy, but they added on something I didn't order! What a scam!!
Response from PetScyMay 19, 2025
Hello Michael, I am following up to my intial response below? I’m the founder of PetScy, and I want to personally assure you that we would never add an order on behalf of a customer. Not only would that be bad business—it’s also unethical. I did see that an order was created on May 17th, two days after you placed an order for two chews on a monthly subscription basis (mentioning this so you can manage accordingly), along with a 5-pack VIP offer. Do you recall clicking on anything on Saturday or revisiting the site? From what I can see on our end, it appears the customer returned and placed another order. If the product had been added internally by a representative, that action would be reflected in our system logs. I appreciate any information you can provide. I take these claims very seriously and want to ensure there is no system glitch. I can also say that we process thousands of orders each week, and this is the first time I’ve encountered an accusation like this. Thank you, Chris Founder, PetScy
Ricky H.
I ordered 1 item. They added another to my card without my permission. I'll not buy anything from here again.
Response from PetScyMay 16, 2025
Hey Ricky, PetScy doesn’t manually add orders—everything is done automatically. Reviewing your order, I see that you placed a two-pack and completed checkout. After checkout, some customers see a pop-up offering certain items at a VIP discount. In your case, the pop-up offered an extra bottle of the Itch Relief Plus Chews. The pop-up has two buttons: the first is a purchase button that completes a second transaction, and the second below it declines the offer. It looks like you accidentally clicked the purchase button. Just to clarify, PetScy didn’t add the order—this second transaction was triggered by clicking that button. If you don’t want the discounted item, you can email [email protected] and they’ll send you a free return label and process a refund. Let me know if you have any questions. Chris Founder
