I've been using with my dog who weighs about 70lbs for about 2 months. He has horrible allergies and was itching and licking his paws. His has runny tears and his always tired. I have taken him to the vet for shots but that only lasts so long. I tried this and most of his symptoms have gone away or are so much better. I ordered more.

The product is shipped promptly. My dog loves the flavor of the chews. I have just started the chews so I am waiting to see the effects of it on itching, but I am hopeful bc of other positive testimonials and the "time line" card that let's me know generally what to expect!!!

I used the product for my dog and it does help his symptoms. My issue is I believed I was tricked into purchasing a on going subscription to this product. That was not my intent. Please bill me for any additional fees that I may owe regarding this purchase but do not send or bill my credit card with another order of this product. There are some very deceptive practices involved in purchasing this product. It a classic bait and switch. Come checkout extra products are added to the order that confuses you initial purchase. I will return any additional product that I receive and request a full refund. I already notified my credit card company in reguards to this purchase.

I have purchased your itch & allergy…
I have purchased your itch & allergy chews for the last 3 years. Recently, when I purchased your chews and they arrived I could not get over how much you reduced the size of each tablet. The chews are much smaller and they do not work as well as the previous itch & allergy chews that I had purchased 3 years ago. Apparently, the taste is still good as in the past but, the size of each tablet is so ridiculously small. My dog is not responding to these chews as good as she did with the previous larger ones. She is still biting and itching herself, pulling her hair out, biting her back and paws until they bleed. I’m very disappointed and not at all pleased with this product. John L. Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few things regarding our Itch Chew products.
PetScy currently offers two different Itch Chews:
The original 'Itch Relief' chew is larger and, based on the dosage for medium-sized dogs, is taken once per day, lasting 30 days.
The new “Itch Allergy Plus” is a smaller chew, but the dosage is two chews per day, also lasting 30 days. Though the chew sizes differ, the dosage remains the same as your dog is taking 2 of those chews.
I see that in April, you ordered the new Itch Allergy Plus chew (along with some other items). However, in June, it looks like you updated your subscription to go back to the original Itch Relief chew, which you prefer and which is scheduled to ship monthly (next order: July 6th). If that sounds correct, then you're now receiving the product you prefer.
If not, just let me know and I’d be happy to cancel or edit anything as needed.
Regarding the new product, Itch Allergy Plus contains the same ingredients as the original, but with additional active ingredients for enhanced support. If the correct dosage is followed (two chews per day for a medium dog), it should be just as effective—if not more so.
I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We’re always striving to ensure our customers have a great experience with PetScy. If this explanation clears up your concern about chew size, I kindly ask that you consider updating your review. If you're still unhappy, please let me know what we can do to make this right.
