I don't mind if things are going to be delayed but as a business it shouldn't take me raising PayPal dispute to force some action. If it was going to take a while to dispatch just tell me and I'll patiently wait. The products themselves are as described and were packaged well. The dispatch however was way too slow(a couple of weeks after payment). I cant give a green rating so I thing this is fair.

Delivery of 1 poster took 5 weeks. Customer support will barely answer. Had to pay 15€ extra for customs and expenses. Kinda tough for a dropshipping product. The product is cheaply made but fine. Overall experience is alright.

Hello Andrea’s I’m ever so sorry about your parcel delays, over seas shipping will always take longer than usual sorry about this. But non of the products for sale on the website are drop shipped items. All of the adverts for sale are genuine vintage adverts I have sourced myself and framed up to send to the customer. Once again I apologise for the shipping delays. Harry

Ordered posters and the frames came broken. Got refund after emailing multiple times, but now cannot find any frames that work with the posters.

Everything was fine regarding product quality but you sent the wrong item for one of the three things I bought.

The posters are very small A4 format. The frames are very flimsy and crooked so it's very difficult to put the frames side by side evenly. The frames tend to fall apart ( the inside locking part falls out ) For the money I would not buy again.
