⭐⭐⭐ **3 out of 5 Stars** I would give PetroHome Service three stars based on my experience. Last year, I needed a leak repair that was covered under my service protection plan. Unfortunately, the response time and the process of getting the issue resolved were slower than expected. What disappointed me the most was that the technicians assigned to the repair reported on more than one occasion that nobody was home. However, this was not true. I had been notified of their scheduled visits and made sure to be home waiting for them, but they never showed up. Although technicians eventually came to address the issue, the leak was never fully repaired and continues to this day. Unfortunately, no one ever returned to follow up or ensure that the problem had been properly resolved. This situation caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and inconvenience, especially considering that I have a service protection plan specifically to cover these types of repairs. On the positive side, the rest of the service was quite good. However, I believe PetroHome needs to improve its response times, communication, follow-up procedures, and accountability to ensure that covered repairs are completed properly. Overall, my experience has been mixed, which is why I believe a three-star rating is fair.

They failed to fill my tank then wouid not come to the house to put an emergency amount in and restart the heat until about 30 hours later after I froze overnight and had to keep calling and getting no answers. They have failed to fill my tanks a number of times leaving me in the cold with no idea whether or not they’re coming. They always say a lot of people need service so “they’re backed up.” If they had enough technicians that would be a rare problem instead of a constant one. But they want to make more money by not hiring more people. It used to be a good company but they were bought by a different company sometime in the last few years and are only used now to make money for the owners. I did not reach this conclusion lightly. I was a customer for 56 years—-longer than most of the employees were alive. And I’m elderly. They still made me wait more than 24 hours. After almost six decades, I am done with them. They are incompetent and uncaring.

Annual cleaning, on time, professional and friendly, knowledgeable and good at explaining what was done and the condition of our system. Neat and clean. Very happy with the service.
