I am working with Mark Linder on…
I am working with Mark Linder on replacing my heating system, He has been very helpful, I have been dragging my feet. Mark is sending me updated proposal. I will call Mark one day this week. I did not get back to Mark last week because I had Covid. Thank you

Not the best experience at first
The first techinican that came wasnt great at all. He said the problem was the electrical line and not the burner. End state after an electrical visit and an electrical bill for $210 for the visit, the eletrican (who is excellent and I have used before) said it wasnt electrical at all yet in fact was the burner. Had to get Petro back in "again". This time "Edgar" (dont know his last name) came and was "excellent" and got to the bottom of things...it was a transmittor in the burner that wasnt working. At the end of the day I was without heat for 7 days and now have an electrician bill PLUS the bill from Petro for the transmittor. My only saving grace was Edgar who was excellent. Suprised by all this as I normally have great reviews for Petro.
