Good service but the prices per gallon were outrageous !!!!

Just pull up our account and telephone records with you and we still have no resolution to Petro’s service negligence. You have exhibited pitiful customer service. Happy to talk again but frankly cutting to the bone, your Chairman/President/CEO and or Board Chair should call me to hear out my most legitimate joshes with the way you have to date handled our issues costing us $2500+, which you should pick up! This is why I have not paid an outstanding winter’26 fuel bill. This is not complicated, but Petro has made it such. Simply my position, sorry as I don’t know how much time I have spent with Petro making my appeal. What a Petro Customer Service data point and MBA case study? Amen! Arthur C. George

We had to have our furnace replaced and it was done in one day.

Recently had a furnace tune up, tech recommended a chimney sweep, petro recommended clean sweep, tech came out said chimney needed a new chimney liner, was quoted a price of 6200.00 for new liner and brick work repair, requested a payment plan from petro and was denied, full payment needed prior to completion of project, have been a customer of petro/ a p Woodson for more years than I can remember, no consideration for a long time customer,really left a bad taste in my mouth
