Company is great customer service and delivery people are courteous. The prices are a little high but payment plan is doable. This is my first experience with propane and I must say it has been a good one.

Very good very clean and they do a great job with ac or heat

I have Petro for my elderly mom. Her caregiver called saying they had no heat at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. A wonderful technician came and replaced the thermostat and all worked. I received updates along the way and couldn’t be thankful.

I had a tune up scheduled for technician to arrive new 8 am and 12 noon. Something happened and technician showed up at my house at 4:10 pm. I was leaving my house at that time so I was not able to get my tune up. I called to reschedule and the earliest they can come out is now January 2027. This was their fault for showing up 4 hours later then scheduled time and now I have to wait until January 2027 for my tune up.

Good and timely service by well qualified personnel

The tech was very friendly and efficient Told me what he performed today And then gave me a couple pages of item and services they offer .

Company delivers when you call. Office is polte, helpful and listens.
