ordered a reversing camera online and as soon as I clicked to pay my bank was notifying me that it had blocked the payment as they took 2 payments from PayPal within 3 seconds of each other. SCAMMERS

I bought an item, LumaSleep Wireless Sleep Headphones with Bluetooth 5.3 Pink, on Jan. 12th 2026. They arrived without any documentation, no returns form etc. They were the wrong colour and of poor quality. I did not use them and decided I would return them. I have been in touch with Customer Service since then, sending several emails. They asked for photos of the product, offered exchanges but never addressed the fact that I wished to return the item for a refund. In the last email I received they offered the following "We have had issues in the past leading to customers not getting their refund, so we find this is usually a better solution." They still have not sent me a returns document or an address to return the item too. Today I will lodge a formal complaint.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a cashmere - relaxed fit cardigan . When it arrived after approx. 3 weeks it turned out by far too small and the relaxed fit as shown on the website was totally false. They must have had an extremely tiny model in a xxl size. Even the sizing guide did not correspond with the product. So, having promised an easy return and refund, I wanted to return it the next day. Needless to say this did not materialize. As far as the company is concerned the product was not faulty, I ordered the correct size so it must fit!! In the end, they offered as a "goodwill gesture" a refund of 7 Euros and I could keep the cardigan as the shipping to China is very expensive and faulty !!!! (their words). Never again is all I can say and I shall inform my credit card company accordingly

Vorsicht bei diesem Shop! Ich habe einen Teppich bestellt, der absolut nicht den Produktbildern auf der Website entspricht. Das gelieferte Material wirkt wie minderwertiger Kunststoff und das Muster ist lediglich billig aufgedruckt – weit entfernt von der erwarteten Qualität einer herkömmlichen Fußmatte. Der Kundenservice ist leider ebenfalls enttäuschend. Trotz der auf der Website beworbenen „30-Tage-Geld-zurück-Garantie“ und „kostenlosen Rückgabe“ wird eine Rückabwicklung durch fadenscheinige Erklärungen des Supports (angebliches Kieselgur-Material statt Kunststoff) erschwert. Meine Forderung nach einer Rückerstattung wurde bisher ignoriert, obwohl das Produkt optisch massiv von der Beschreibung abweicht. Ich kann diesen Shop aufgrund der irreführenden Produktbilder und des mangelhaften Kundenservice absolut nicht empfehlen. Werde nun rechtliche Schritte prüfen müssen, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Ein Stern ist hier noch zu viel.

Ordered a cat GPS collar. What showed up was way to big and would barely fit a 100 pound dog. Took pictures with tape measure, Described and showed them the issue in multiple emails, requested and exchange or return, and each time they responded like i was talking to a wall just saying it should fit. Avoid this company for anything.

Even 1 Star is to much. The first thing Petprovac shows on the top of their shopsite is "Kostenloser Versand & Rückgabe - 30 Tage Geld-zurück-Garantie". This is a lie. The parcel came way to late. I told them I dont need it anymore and I want to return it. 3 iPhone covers for 138 EUR. They do not accept it. NO full money return guarantee - NO free shipping return as they announce on their website. First they offered 20 EUR, then 50 EUR money back. ANYBODY OUT THERE:NEVER EVER ORDER AT PETPROVAC!!!

Late delivery, took my right for withdrawl. Still waiting for my money. Be careful, cheater!
