Terrible, terrible experience with this company. Their website says they accept returns for any reason within 30 days. Yet, when I tried to return two women's sweaters that were VERY SMALL within their published return period, they were unresponsive and then said they have "problems with return shipping, etc., etc". After at least 30 emails requesting their return shipping address, I finally gave up and reported their fraudulent practices to my credit card company.

On the petprovac.com website it says Trustpilot gives them an excellent 4.7 rating based on 760 reviews?

Order placed on 12/12. According to the terms and conditions, delivery within 1 week. After 15 days, still nothing, so I contacted them and was told it would arrive. A few days later, they told me it had been delivered — nothing. I asked for a refund and since then they have been stringing me along. I asked for proof of delivery, but they have nothing to confirm their claims. A real scam of a website.

Be careful with this seller. Bought a Chandalier. Days later I received email saying that the item was priced wrongly asking for another substantial payment. Offered me to cancel the order and get a refund. I cancelled, almost 4 weeks later still waiting for the refund. Little to no correspondence.. utter disgrace! Involved now my credit card company to claim my money back.

I ordered a Christmas present from them that said 5-7 days just about 3 weeks later, 3 days after Christmas I got the cashmere leggings and they are the wrong color.

I bought the pendant lamp, and the texture looks really authentic. It feels heavy and well-made. The warm light creates a cozy vibe over my dining table.

Questo sito è una truffa!!! Ieri ho effettuato su questo sito l'acquisto di uno zaino in pelle marrone.Ho pagato 57 euro,tutto sembrava normale. Oggi entro nel sito per avere aggiornamenti ma non risulta nessun ordine effettuato....eppure i soldi li hanno presi. Siete dei truffatori. Ho già provveduto ad informare la banca dell'accaduto e domani sarà fatta una denuncia presso le autorità competenti.
