Pretty Great. Needs a Tad of Work
Pet Plate is frozen. It takes a bit to thaw so I put it out (two) in the frig to thaw. The carton is nice and once opened easy to give to the dog. My only issues are 1. The film over the food is nice, but too hard get off. Where you're supposed to pull, it tears off and then I have to use scissors to cut off all the film. Heaven forbid my dog get even a bite of that. He could chock. 2. It is not my dogs favorite, either of them, but that is to each other's taste I guess. But they eat it and I think they will love it when I order again. The website was super easy to use. The price was fair. The directions were clear. It arrived when promised. I will try it again, but wait a bit. I think it is good for my dogs. Love the ingredients.

Hi Elizabeth. Thank you for your feedback. Yes! We recommend thawing the container in the fridge overnight or running it under warm water if it’s still frozen at meal-time. Sorry for the inconvenience regarding the seals. They should be peelable very soon! We'll be here when you're ready for more 🐾
