Jim wrote back a rude response then I asked him about shipping times. I placed an order on Saturday, and paid for express shipping. I did this with the idea being it would be shipped Monday, and received thurs/friday. Package wasn't dropped off until close of business on Tuesday. Two full business days after ordering and paying for express. When I emailed Jim to ask about this, he began to explain to me when a post office is open, and said he shipped on Monday when the tracking number shows otherwise.

Jim is still an A Hole even 4 years later, Charges 30 bucks for expedited shipping, 5 days later still was waiting, when I called to inquire why it hasn't been received yet, HE RECALLED THE PACKAGE , because I must have hurt his wittle feelings awwwwww Your review must be written within 12 months of having the experience. Trying to cover the bad ones

JIM shouldn't be allowed to email customers. Unless he gets a complete attitude makeover. And an education in customer service. The amount of rude, unprofessional comments that he writes the paying customers is mind-blowing. Maybe he owns the business. Maybe he can get away with it. Doesn't matter.

Horrible customer service!! Jim from petparmcanada was very rude w/ unnecessary comments. Even after reconfirm card information and address. Save yourself time and your money.

Great website and product, but my credit card info got stolen one day after i placed my recent order.

They genuinely lie. I spent 10 dollars for extradited shipping, they then gave me the cheapest shipping option. When I brought this to attention, they argued, got rude, hostile, refused to provide any assistance whatsoever, and black listed me from further purchases. They said they were out of gabapentin, that my animal genuinely needed. After multiple checkout attempts, with different emails, I then shipped using a different shipping address and email, and my product arrived. The products are okay, but without any exaggeration, and zero doubt, they have the most disgustingly horrid customer service I've ever had the extreme misfortune of experiencing.
