I never leave reviews but I LOL when I saw the comments about Jim. I had needed an order update and that’s who helped me. He was actually really great, helpful and got me the order altered and refunded. I was having issues on placing another order and emailed the same thread with Jim he replied even though it’s Sunday. So do not fear Jim guys ! Also I’ve been ordering here for my pets medicine a few years now. Always arrives quickly. They have meds otc other places do not. Worth it and Jim was 10/10 to me both times. Good luck all !

Jim wrote back a rude response then I asked him about shipping times. I placed an order on Saturday, and paid for express shipping. I did this with the idea being it would be shipped Monday, and received thurs/friday. Package wasn't dropped off until close of business on Tuesday. Two full business days after ordering and paying for express. When I emailed Jim to ask about this, he began to explain to me when a post office is open, and said he shipped on Monday when the tracking number shows otherwise.

Usually everything is fine (which is why i gave a 3)and the meds are sent with no issue. But, if you have an issue, you receive no customer service or the most ridiculously rude "service". In one instance when I asked why one brand was substituted with another brand, I was told that the brand I ordered wasn't sold by petpharmcanada- even though it was listed by name and picture on the website and on my invoice. This time I was sent an unsealed plastic bottle of liquid with printed label. No manufacturer information. I guess I am supposed to trust that this is what it says it is and that this unsealed bottle was filled in a sterile environment. No response from my inquiry about returning it and getting my almost $65 back- and you see the responses that are left here when someone leaves a bad review 🙄 Update: Shockingly, after another try, I did get Jim to respond. After making sure to explain how pharmacies dispense meds in the most condescending way possible, he did attach a return label, which he was also thoughtful enough to explain how to use (Apparently, I should affix it to the outside of the envelope and then, once that is done, drop it in a mailbox). So I get my money back(possibly), and he got to pretend he's better/smarter than someone for a second. Win-win😉

I've never had an issue with my dog's meds being delivered. Ive been a customer since 2022. This company is super legit and a lifesaver if you're trying to get your pet meds without paying an arm and a leg for a vet visit.

Jim is still an A Hole even 4 years later, Charges 30 bucks for expedited shipping, 5 days later still was waiting, when I called to inquire why it hasn't been received yet, HE RECALLED THE PACKAGE , because I must have hurt his wittle feelings awwwwww Your review must be written within 12 months of having the experience. Trying to cover the bad ones

I emailed about my package not arriving on time and almost immediately got an email in response. I was sent the tracking and delivery info! Turns out my neighbor had my package and it was absolutely delivered on time! I placed a second order (because I forgot one of my dogs meds the first time) and the owner emailed back to check my info for that order and ask if I found the original package! Good meds and fast shipping! Thankful I found this store!

My order arrived just how it was supposed to and on time. I didn't recieve a tracking number but customer service was very responsive and emailed it to me within a few minutes of asking for it. All in all seems like a great company and I would definitely use them again!
