My dog has been twice for short stays. He seems to love it. The staff is great and the facility fabulous. He had a couple of issues (hurt paw and he ate part of a pool toy) but communication and concern was good. I would and will return. It is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The on property veterinary is great. Dr Bassett a friendly and caring Pro.

Never any problem with how they treat my dog. He is always well taken care of, and loves visiting Pet Paradise. The checkin/checkout process is a little rough because if you're behind other people, you're going to have a small wait time. I got my dog a go home bath and it didn't seem like that was done very well, so I would avoid that service.

I love the staff. They are always friendly and happy to see my pups. I often get my dogs nails trimmed with the bath before they come home. This is an extra 10.00 and the nails never look cut. I also hate how every little thing has such a high cost. I think the prices need to be more affordable. But at the end of the day my dogs happiness is more important and they always are happy to get out of the care to go to pet paradise.

This was our first visit, so could not yet give a five-star review. That may come.

Max had a great visit. I did not get a report card his second stay. Part of the reason for sending him was socialization, and I wanted to know what other dogs he played with .

I'm satisfied with the vet and camp services. My one negative is the parking. There were no parking spaces available when I arrived so I parked under the covered drive through, which I rather not do since it's a convenience for everyone. I noticed as i waited for my appointment that several employees had parked in the spaces on the side. When I left there were still a few cars there. One was backed in with the sunscreens up in the windshield. I don't believe customers coming in to pick up or drop off pets would take the trouble to put up sunscreens for such a short visit.

Did not know that my puppy by Florida state law had to have her rabies vaccine in order to stay at Pet Paradise. We are from Ky and that is not required here for a puppy that is 10 weeks old. However the young ladies helped me out by keeping our puppy in their lounge while we were gone to a funeral. I greatly appreciate their willingness to help me out what could have been a disastrous situation.
