Very trust worthy.... THey CARE.

Love the staff!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!! They are always happy to see my Tess and she is always happy and excited to see them. I know that when I drop off Tess that she will be loved, happy and safe. The CLT Airport location is the BEST! Thanks for loving my sweet girl as much as I do. 😘 pi-XOXO

We are so thankful that we have found Pet Paradise!! Marley is happiest when we are dropping him off to spend the day with his buddies and of course Tessa and all the awesome staff too!! I have recommended countless friends and acquaintances to Pet Paradise because that’s how confident I am in the quality and consistent top notch professionalism that they deliver. So we give 5+++++ Stars!!!

our first but not the last time to use Pet Paradise . . .our pups were well taken care of. Will definitely use them again! Very friendly staff too. . .

Always treats my pets as I would.treat them at home

Honestly I love Pet Paradise! The first time I used them I was extremely nervous having a bad history with a kennel leaving my dog severely injured....but their entire staff was so welcoming in my dogs! (And my anxiety) I told them the situation the happened before and they showed me exactly how things would go there! They were friendly and inviting to my dogs! And the pups grew to enjoy the staff!! Very affordable! Very friendly! And very flexible!

Love this place! My puppy loves this place! I love that we have access to cameras all day long! Overall wonderful!

This is our go to pet boarding when we travel from Houston Airport! 1. Reasonable/flexible hours for drop off/pick up. 2. First stay our dog (who is quite anxious) was happy when we picked him up 3. Second stay-when we walked in he was calm and went right on back without crying. 4. The staff are great! 5. Looking forward to future stays!
