My first experience with ever boarding my older dogs. Staff was responsive and caring, which reduce my stress level in leaving 2 elderly dogs for 12 days. My pets were in good mental health and looked good physically when I picked them up. I will definitely use again.

My Baby was there a week. Put in several calls checking on her, but none were returned. Also, no one at the front desk for long periods of time. It was a holiday weekend and they were very busy. Just wish I would have had a call back. More front desk help would be a good thing on a busy weekend as well. Thank you for asking.

My dog loves coming to daycare. He enjoys playing with the other dogs. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’m disappointed the review coupon was discontinued at the same time there was a rate increase. My daycare costs have risen over six times the amount I was paying before. I’ve asked Pet Paradise not to place him in a daycare room all day as he cannot go to the bathroom and holds himself too long. When he’s been in a daycare room, he has to go a lot.

Pet Paradise provides great consistent service. My dog loves it there and comes home tired and happy.
