We absolutely love Pet Paradise! The only con I can think if is that whenever we request for our puppies to have icecream, whenever I asked if they got their ice at check out they never seem to have given it to them for their visit. Aside from that, they're wonderful!

Great place. Love taking my dog there. A little pricey but no question they take great care of your pet. The take home bath should be free if your pet stays 2 days or more, just a suggestion.

It is not clear that the store is a salon. Pet Paradise is located in India. Spacious salon Animals in it immediately become different. Peace and quiet and service is nothing. It is seen that it rarely comes. Specialization is not my profile I was there by chance helped one lady with her animal. That's all.

My pup has gone to PP since she was 4 months old...they are great with her.....there is some turnover in personnel which makes me and my dog having to learn new people often, but it is a great place!!

My dog loves Pet Paradise, so I can't ask for much more. I would have given it 5 stars, however, I feel like I spend a lot of money here & they took away the "buy 10 get 1 free" pass. I know they have the rewards points program that adds up & you can use for free visits, baths, etc, but it takes time & this was something you knew you were getting immediately...or at least after 10 visits.

Awesome place!

The staff was very polite and professional. Our two dogs seemed to enjoy the facility at time of drop off and pickup, and also from the camera footage we viewed. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that we were not allowed to see where our dogs would be staying at the resort. We could see where other dogs were staying (larger dogs), but not where our dogs would be (smaller dogs). I was given some reason about liability, but that is of no consequence to me at all. I need to see where my pets will be held, period.
