Ofrece un gran servicio, para tu mascota, liberándote de preocupaciones sabiendo que tu pequeñin estará seguro y bien cuidado.

I have some concern about the amount of water my dog has access to while in his kennel. He's been there several times and always drinks half his water dish when we get home. I like getting a report card because I know when they are consistent with my dogs personality which makes me feel like staff did spend time with him during his stay, whether it's day camp or boarding. But I inconsistently get the report card. I did not get it his last stay. Finally my dog got a few days of kennel cough after his stay. This had never happened and I was not upset with the resort. However, I did call to report it do in hopes the kennels could be sterilized (again) but it was met very defensively by the resort staff.

The reservation process is simple, and uploading shot records was easy. My puppy seems relaxed and happy when he comes home. The facility is clean. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is I have no idea where my puppy stays during the time he is there or how much play time he actually gets. No report given and nothing about how to check on him throughout the day.

My cat is people shy. He would not come out of his condo and stopped eating. I wish they would have called me. I was in town and have visited to help reduce is fear. The place is clean and I am sure my cat would have enjoyed it if he wasn't so fearful.

Our dogs love going to Pet Paradise!

Good care of pets. Website needs updating with access to seeing dates pets are booked for stays and also receipts from previous stays.

Overall wonderful experience great staff and my dog seemed to really enjoy herself. The only issue I have is how she smells whenI pick her up even after a bath. I know dogs will smell like dogs however I have to get her thoroughly bathed once I pick her up. I thought it was bad the first time because I didn’t choose the bath however it wasn’t much better the last time and I did select to have her bathed before pick up. Outside of that we really like taking her to the Atlanta airport location.

I am very pleased with leaving my pets here. However, i’m not sure they’re the type of dogs that like exercise & certainly don’t like water, so they probably don’t make good use of the facility.
