Should provide itemize bill detailing charges. Should provide local phone number to make reservations and to change pickup time. Should follow instructions concerning play and swim times. Report card should reflect pet's behavior and not just any dog.

I have been taking my pup to Pet Paradise for almost a year randomly when we go out of town. The first few times, he could not wait to get in the door. The last 2 times, he has been hesitant. The last time he was actually shaking and this is not normal for him. If I didn't have to leave him, I would have not. I am not sure what happens behind the cameras but it seems like something is just not exactly right. They say go with your gut and that's what I guess what I'll be doing. OH, and they raised their prices without a heads up prior to leaving him. Not cool...

I left 2 dogs. One did not eat the whole time. I sent a friend to pick them up a day early. In their belongings they never got their evening bones. I don’t think they were able to provide enough attention to my Italian greyhound since he is always hungry and this has never happened before. Bella and Halo Unfortunately did not find this week visit paradise. I’m not sure what we should have done differently

Customer service and care were great. We have always had a sitter stay in our home. We boarded our 2 dogs twice in a the past month. They are vaccinated for kennel cough but brought something home on their fur and all 5 of my cats contracted a virus. Runny nose, sneezing, coughing, lack of appetite etc. Our way dogs had small coughs as well. Our cats are 10 yrs old and have never been sick. Not sure that we will board again or if there is anything that could’ve been done to prevent contagion.
