Staff is great and really cares.

I would recommend this company to anyone! They have great people who work for them, and they all care about the dogs. They do their very best to take care of, love and treat like their own!

My doogie loves Pet Paradise. He has so much fun that he comes home and sleeps for a day because he so tuckered out from playing with his friends. And my previous dog loved going there too.

Best Place in Charlotte! Been with them for years, always calls me if there is a problem, we call them checking on them, dogs love it and get excited when they see the place. They work with each dog and know their personality. I have tried other places and just love the staff at this place.

My dog loves pet paradise! The people are very nice to him and he’s happy to see them when he gets there. I would like to be able to see him more often - like a camera in his room would be nice or at least a schedule for when he goes out to play to I can watch him!

Groomer did a wonderful job on my 15 pound terrier.

Our dog absolutely loves Pet Paradise! Originally we selected it for boarding because of it’s proximity to our location, but despite moving farther away we still always use Pet Paradise for boarding and the occasional day camp stay!
