GREAT STAFF OF GIRLS. CURTIS LOVES THEM ALL AS THEY SHOW HIM PLENTY OF LOVE ALSO!!!!!

The facilities are great and the staff are all wonderful; bottom line for us is the TLC that our doggie receives and how he looks forward to each Doggie Day Camp session. I would have rated 5 stars instead of 4 if it weren't for the check-in and check-out system, which at times seems to be a bit cumbersome and time consuming, It is my observation this is not the staff's fault but rather the speed and quality of the computer programs in use.

Only issue is crating the dogs at 3PM. I know it gives them a opportunity to calm down before being picked up but it would be better to start at a later time.

I love the Pet Paradise Greenville location. They’re always very prompt in getting to me when I call or make an online reservation. They take great care of my cats and get the best pictures of them during play time! Both times I’ve used them for boarding I’ve gotten the furever connected service and each time one day has been accidentally skipped. They’re very good about removing the cost of the service for that day and sending extra pictures/videos the day after it happens. Overall a great place!

Love love but prices went up when they bought from original owner... and less flexible.

The staff were great. I liked seeing my cats on the webcam and was pleased to see the staff cleaning the condos, petting my kitties and feeding them. When I picked them up the report said that one of my cats didn't eat all her food. I would have liked to have been contacted about that since she has renal disease. I could have recommended the way I get her to eat more of her food. She really needs the nutrition from her medical diet.
