My pup loves it here! She reacts similarly to when we pull up to the dog park. The staff are generally nice, but I definitely noticed a difference between my first visit and second. I didn't get a report card this visit, and I definitely wish I had... Maybe I'm just overly involved in my dog's life, but I like to know how much she eats, pees, poops, etc...

We have used pet paradise several times and have had a good experience but recently when I picked up my dog I asked the person how he did. but she said she was new and did not know. I also asked if he was fed since it was 9:00am when I picked him up. I was told he was not fed at this time but when I got him home. and tried to feed him. it was evident to me that he must have been fed earlier.

We left our Rhodesian ridgeback in the care of pet paradise because the staff was so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our dog contracted kennel cough from there so that created a whole mess of issues for us. My only hesitation on taking him back would be due to the illness he contracted, but I have only used them once so maybe they don’t typiclaly have issues with it.

The first boarding experience went well for my dog. The second time he came home acting scared and timid. The front desk also acted like I was bothering them to check my dog out when I went to pick him up

I was really disappointed in my check out of my pet recently. Having used this facility a few times I have noticed a big change in your staff. It took almost 20 mins after I payed my bill to get my dog. And that was after I brought to the staffs attention. No report card on how my dog behaved or her interaction with other dogs. I feel like this property has lost the personal touch we used to receive and what has made us repeat customers as well as refer others to your property. Will have to rethink our future plans

Kinda expensive. Employees say they play with the dogs, but when I checked, the poor dog was jumping around trying to play, but the employee was walking around the indoor doggie pool ignoring the dog. :(

I think of my dog as my child as I believe many do and I had an OK experience with Pet Paradise. The furever connected was a great purchase and I am so glad I did it. The girls at the desk were also super sweet and lots help. The only slight problem I had was with the assistant manager Shawn I do not believe it’s worth it to go into detail of the two bad experiences we had with him but in short he’s lacking professionalism and seems to struggle with his job a bit. I’m not sure if I will use Pet Paradise again yet but the overall experience was average.

The price was too high. We have canceled all our reservations: July - September - October - December Virginia Rodriguez
