Bentley has had two stays at Pet Paradise Atlanta Airport where daddy wasn't happy with the staff. Twice this week there has been major lack of communication concerning his meds. Management are the ones that administer meds. I usually pack food and meds for his last day of stay even though I'll pick him up before and of it is needed. They bring all of his things. When I get home I noticed that the meds aren't there. I call back because at this point I don't know if maybe they have them to him. To my surprise no one knows where the meds are nor do they know if anyone has given him the meds. What's wing with that picture? You've had him all day. Someone should know something if he's been watched. This type of behavior can't continue. This is the second time this week this has happened with the same results.

Not really happy this last time around. Kept our golden overnight and he came home flea infested. Absolutely horrible.

Cost was not expected with two dogs, who had been their twice before.

Visit seemed ok however, we always ask to give our dag a bath, tell them our pick up time then always call to be sure all ready and dog ready when we get there. We call 1.5 hours our. In June they were just washing our dog when we arrived. In July even though we were promised by everyone at PP that Charley would be ready when we arrived, they never gave him a bath. If a bath is longer an option, please let us know. Further, when we got him home he had feces all over his butt. A significant reason for bathing him before returning!

Prices were way to high and was charged for something that I was told I wouldn’t be when asked several times.

I have used the Pet Paradise facility before. But we had to go quick for a funeral. Our plans were not clear on returning, but Pet Paradise made me feel at ease and said that I can pick up late if necessary. Thanks for being so understanding and I will be sure to let my baby boy stay with you again.

They have cared for my pet for two years and have done a good job.

My dog has been going to Pet Paradise for 4 years. Recently, I picked up my dog from day camp and he had blood on his back. The attendant didn't know why. I took him to the vet, where he shaved the area revealing a quarter size dog bite hole. The bite was surrounded by a 2 inch halo of bruising. I drove the dog to t Pet Paradise and showed the wound to the manager. She was apologetic and appropriate. She said she would discuss this with the staff. She called to check on the dog the next day and reported, "No one saw or heard anything". It is very disappointing that an injury of that magnitude went unnoticed. I realize a bite can occur in seconds. Should I return to Pet Paradise, I will not authorize group play and opt for the one on one play time.
