Savannah - the assistant manager has ALWAYS gave me the best customer service, making sure my dogs stay was great and followed up with me on how well they did or didn’t do. I love that I can view my dogs on the app you have. I always refer anyone I know to Pet Paradise!

I love Pet Paradise! The employees have the best attitudes and clearly love animals. My baby loves going there, she gets so excited she even knows when we are getting close, as soon as we turn the corner she is ready to jump out of the car and play. Can't say enough good things about this place :)

We have used this location a few times now and have not had any issues. Our pets seem to enjoy themselves when they are there. I feel comfortable leaving them because I trust them and I am able to receive daily updates and photos and can even watch them online if I choose.

Our dog actually looks forward to her stay, bouncing out of the car upon arrival making us feel far less guilty in leaving her.

My pup enjoys her time here probably more than being home. She can’t wait to see her friends both two and four legged. I love the report card we get after each stay to hear how she did.
