I have two rescue dogs, who have a variety of psychological and physical issues. I was at a loss as to what to do with them when I had to travel. After reading the reviews, I decided to try Pet Paradise (Gainesville, FL location). The staff gave my guys the attention they needed; they were relaxed and happy when I picked them up. I can now travel without worrying because I know that my dogs are safe, happy, played with, and well cared for.

My dog has never been so excited to go somewhere and be without me before, it's relaxes me knowing my dog is happy and in amazing hands. And that when I pick her up after work or a vacation she'll be tired but happy. My dog bout jumps out the window when we pull into the parking lot.

Our pet was groomed and Connie is always kind to him and does an excellent job. Thanks

Pet Paradise has taken care of our dogs for years. The staff are kind and caring. Dottie always looks forward to her visits and playtime with her friends.

They are always happy to see us and take such good care of our very active Australian Shepherd. When he wasn't feeling well on one visit, we were contacted and the manager there even offered to take him home with her to take him to the vet for us. Very personalized service!

Awesome place to take your pet! They take the time to learn your pets name and are always friendly with your dog. Definitely appreciate the 6:30am drop off options as well for us working pet parents! Will definitely use them in the future in other locations we travel to
