Our pets LOVE going to Pet Paradise Lake Norman. The staff is friendly, the facility is always clean, the boarding rooms have a glass door so the dogs can see out, they get plenty of play time as well as rest time. The groomer did an awesome summer cut on one of our dogs. I would highly recommend Pet Paradise.

I just started boarding one of my dogs and am thrilled the way the staff loves on all the fur babies. I took my other dog there for grooming and my daughter dropped him off and said the exact same thing to me, how they were so sweet to the dogs.

The only thing I could possibly complain about this time is that the cost of a grooming plus daycare was a bit pricey - wish there was a 2nd dog discount on the grooming or perhaps a package you could buy. And I say "possibly complain" because even though I wish there was a better deal; the prices weren't outrageous. Just added up is all! Otherwise? I was a happy camper and even better, so were my dogs!

I have just recently taken my dog to day camp. It went great. I'm trying to work on his "social skills" and think this will help. They were very caring, said he was a bit shy but was OK. I am planning on returning every couple weeks to help him get along with other dogs and strangers. He's developed a protective stance with me that has to be tamed! Clean, well taken care of establishment. I also don't worry about fleas etc, because they check all dogs that come in! Very important!

This was my baby girls 1st visit to Pet Paradise. I don't know who was more nervous her or me! LOL The staff was wonderful! I will not hesitate to bring her back when we are visiting the area.

I have been boarding my dogs there since they opened. All I can say is every time we get there she goes nuts. She is so happy. I also watch the cameras and I see the staff playing with my dog and others. It is just terrific and I n ever have to worry about her well being

I feel so relaxed that our 4 legged family member is in good hands. He is happy there and they take such good care of him. They take care to follow the directions I left with him.
