Dropped off Portia our Yorkie, who's stayed at Pet Paradise several times before. Saw her playing on ODoggy webcam, and was having fun. You can call to check on them 24 hours a day. Picked her up a few days later, she was fine. The Staff at Pet Paradise really cares about your pet,

Great check-in and felt like my pet was very well taken care of and loved while I was on vacation.

They know my kitty's personality and enjoy her! They even play "kitty bowling," her favorite game: throw the cat treat, kitty chases and eats! Great folks.

They treat my dog and cat like their own.

I could not ask for more from Pet Paradise. The love they show for my puppy is genuine and shows that they truly care for him. Every time we walk in the door we are greeted by a familiar face who knows who we are. I will continue to use Pet Paradise so long as I am in Jacksonville!

Our pup can’t wait to get into the building when we arrive at Pet Paradise, and returns clean, happy, and tired. The wonderful staff there know him and can give me reports about his activities during the day. When they saw that he was a little overwhelmed by the active play among the dogs in his weight, size, and age group, they moved him to a more appropriate group where he is comfortable playing with other dogs who play more gently. It makes me feel that I am giving our pup a great gift when I bring him to Pet Paradise. I fully trust them with our dog.

Love to leave my precious fur babies with pet paradise. Is truly their home away from home

Pet Paradise has an excellent grooming service. I had used a different local groomer in the past, and my former Shih Tzu passed away due to contracting an illness from another dog in the kennel. Switching to Pet Paradise, I was relieved that they extensively make sure my (new) Shih Tzu baby was healthy. The concern for pet safety and health was my top priority. Not only that, but Menico does an excellent job. We have used Pet Paradise for about one year, and have never been disappointed.
