Pet ParadiseReviews of petparadise.com

The place is always very clean and the staff is friendly. My dog seems to love it there.

Love the staff and how they care about my Finn!! He is a happy dog when he gets to go to Pet Paradise at JAX airport😃

Great location and friendly staff. My dogs get their own pen with a door to there own outdoor grassy space. Plus, this place is staffed 24 hours a day so u can pick up your dogs whenever your flight lands.

My dogs love going to Pet Paradise where they get lots of attention and exercise. I love it because I know they are cared for and safe. We have been taking our dogs there for over 12 years and have no complaints at all. Highly recommend. We use daycare and boarding.

I had one of the pickiest dogs I came do you boarding. If he didn’t like your place he would take it out on me until I found Pet Paradise. He comes home happy and seems satisfied, which lets me know he’s treated well.

Fantastic Excellent Exceptionally Friendly Superb

When we arrived we received great customer service and the staff treated Hoke as if he were the only dog around. They spoiled him just like we do and when we picked him up, he was happy to see us, but sad to leave. I recommend Pet Paradise to everyone and we will definitely be bringing Hoke back!

The staff went above and beyond to make our pets feel safe and comfortable prior to their overseas transfer. They prepared their crates and our pets arrived safe and sound. We are very grateful to Tawney and the entire staff!
