Pet Paradise Rocks!! Our boys have such a great time at Pet Paradise. The pool is a big hit. I love that Pet Paradise operates like a well oiled machine. I can't speak for all the locations, but the Charlotte Airport site has the best employees. It is well managed and runs smoothly, they really care about their customers and pets. We highly recommend Pet Paradise.
