The staff was great and our dogs felt so comfortable.

Good experience at this location. We have also used the Jacksonville Airport location once before. They kind of didn't seem to want my input regarding my dog Piper at first. I just had ALL her vaccinations done the day before and had to insist that they look at my paper from my vet. Also told them about an IOU bath from the Airport location from her previous stay. They did not give her the groing home bath at the Airport facility stay and said it would be on he record and can be accessed by any Pet Paradise location to give her bath at no charge. This location at first said that they could NOT access/confirm her marked up bath but later said they were able to. They took great care of our dog Piper and will use again and may even drop her off for a play day. Staff needs to improve their listening skills a little. It is just like I was dropping off a child not a dog. I need the assurance that my concerns are understood.

I have 4 dogs. It would have been a little nicer if someone would have helped me get them out of the car and into the bldg. I did get some help when leaving and that was great. Can't evaluate further, since I could not download app into my phone (cheap phone). If I need to use this facility again for dog sitting, , I would. One question, is someone there 24/7? I do not wish to leave mine without anyone there. If someone would be there it would be for my peace of mind. Thx.

The staff at the Tallahassee location are fabulous! They clearly love the animals they care for and are very patient and gracious with the owners who consider their furry buddies family members. I would highly recommend Pet Paradise to any of my family or friends.

We've been so satisfied with our experiences at Pet Paradise. The staff there love my dog and they seem to genuinely remember her when she comes in. I will say that our experiences with the veterinary side of it have been a little frustrating, just in regards to trying to get a hold of them. We had one occasion where they called the wrong number (after I made sure to repeat the number that I wanted them to call on) and we had a different occasion in which they just never returned our call. Overall, we love sending our baby girl there. I can always tell when she feels comfortable somewhere, and she has consistently been excited to spend some time there (Even though she is totally a mamma's girl who suffers from some separation anxiety!)

Our dogs Cody & Mac love going to pet Paradise... but when i wanted to visit the web cam for the smaller dogs It only showed the big dogs. They always post pictures of the other dogs But never show pictures of our dogs

Dogs appeared to have enjoyed the stay.
