Upon picking up our Jack Russell terrier after a 7 stay we discovered that the staff did not give any treats to our dog during his stay. All the treats were still in the baggies we left with his regular food. When we asked why he had not been given his treats they blamed the staff in the back. Instructions were left for the treats to be given in the morning and evening. Such a simple request and yet the staff at the Houston IAH facility had no valid excuses that this request was not honored and executed. We are extremely upset for the lack of followup for the care of our dog. We had boarded our dog at Pet Paradise previously, but seriously considering another facility for future boarding. The staff at this facility just doesn't have it all together..... Bill Bachman

Something went terribly wrong because my usually playful lab would not even let me pet him for two days and he was growling. They said nothing happened but I’m not so sure. Wasn’t a good fit after all

When we picked up our dog he smelled. I don't know if he had laid in his urine or not although his abdomen was yellow and he is a white dog so it was easy too see. My son had to cover his nose on the ride home because of the smell. I had too give him bath once we were home. Also we had too take him to the vet because he would not eat and had diarrhea for days afterward so don't know if he picked up something while there. The staff didn't say anything about any abnormal behavior.

Our dog came home very sick after a 5 day stay. No issues before.

My 2 great danes absolutely love pet paradise. They are so excited to go and they're worn out when they come home

Usually we have a good experience but this time our black lab came home completely emaciated, our malti-poo was covered in flea bites, and our golden retriever reeked of pee. My dogs were miserable when they got home and I felt so guilty.

The personnel at Pet Paradise are exceptional and my dog loves it there he get excited when I make the turn onto the facility grounds

My dog got into a confrontation with another dog and injures were done to my dog and situation was not handled well.
