Staff is great! They take time to make sure both are very well taken care of.

love pet paradise and so does my pet...

Our dog absolutely loves coming to Pet Paradise! He claws and barks at the door to be let in and immediately jumps into the arms of the first handler he sees. We do not have the slightest hesitation leaving him in their hands. One one occasion he was boarded at the JAX Airport location for over four months. Two weeks later he couldn’t wait to go back. The facility is clean; the animals get plenty of play time and attention; a resident veterinarian is present; and the staff are wonderful with both the animal and human customers.

Great place to board your pet!!

EXCELLENT CARE OF OUR TWO DOGS. COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES.

Best place to take care of the pet you love!!!

My dogs love going to pet paradise & I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and facilities.

Showed up n asked for a tour, it was granted. Place had no urine smell n very clean, they went through what her routine would be. Boarded her for a funeral for a week. She came home with no issues. Luv This place!!
