I love PPR! They take such good care of my doggie. From the moment I walk in the door, they know him by name, and make us feel welcomed!

Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport, is the only facility that I will ever take my fur babies to. You know they love it there when you go to check them in, they are jumping up and down with excitement to get in there to play. And they never look back at you to say "bye". One of my pups requires medicine 1 hour prior to me picking her up due to severe car sickness. The last time they were there, I totally forgot to call when I was an hour away. No worries, as Brian called me to see when he should give it to her because he knew what timeI said I would be picking them up. That is attention to detail. Murfee loves the bone shaped pool and Miss Gracie loves all of the staff and extra belly rubs she gets. And I love the peace of mind and no guilty feeling when I leave.

I was so pleased with the care my dog received at Pet Paradise. The staff was kind, helpful, and so enthusiastic to meet her. I could tell that they have a great relationship with their regular clients, as well. I’ll absolutely book my pup here for any future boarding needs!

The staff at the Rio Rancho facility is very engaged in making sure my "baby" is well cared for and is given excellent attention. Thank You.

Our boy Jack has been a regular of day camp since June 2017. He is a rescue and not knowing his background we were concerned with potential behavior issues. Since day 1 the Pet Paradise team has been incredibly caring, supportive and attentive! It is important Jack is happy and safe while we are at work and we feel this is a true focus of the handlers/care givers at this facility. Keep up the great work and thank you!
