Thus far Prince’s visits have been pleasant. I have not gotten an indication that he is unhappy and that makes me feel comfortable.

Would give 5 stars but for the pricing, and they just increased their rates.

They seem to be a great group there at Pet Paradise. It does seem to have a bit of turnover. New people each time we bring our dog for a stay. Our dog is happy to go and exhausted when he comes home. They feed him and take care of him just as we ask. Being a Senior dog what more could we ask for? Oh and we love getting the reports when we pick him up. A little inconsistent when filling them out but it is good to know the kinds of things he did while with them. More consistency with staff and with the reports and it would be 5 stars!

The experience is not consistent across the various locations. Some follow feeding instructions perfectly, some do not.

The “no checks” policy was stopped once this new company bought Pampered Pets. I could understand if this was located at an airport or someplace where only “strangers” used the facility. But don’t understand it in a friendly community where there are repeat customers.

My only issue is small but when I would pick my dog up in the afternoon I never had a report from the morning play so I never knew what he did in the morning.

The feeding times are not right..From 4pm and next day 7.30am is too much gap almost 15hrs.We think they should feed my cat 6am and 6pm.Thank you
